What is environmentally friendly edge  sealing hot melt adhesive? Environmentally friendly edge sealing hot melt adhesive is a kind of adhesive specially used for sticking man-made boards. It is an environmentally friendly, solvent-free thermoplastic adhesive. When the hot melt adhesive is heated to a certain temperature, it changes from a solid state to a molten state. After coating on the surface of wood-based  panel substrate or edge sealing material, after cooling to solid state, the material and substrate are bonded together.

As we all know, furniture edge bands exist in many corners of our lives, we usually easily ignore it, but without it, life will always bring us a lot of trouble. As for the edge banding, in simple terms, it is the item that seals the cross-section of the table, cabinet and other board in daily life. It can effectively prevent the environment and the adverse factors (mainly moisture) in the use process from damaging the board and prevent the volatilization of formaldehyde inside the board, and at the same time achieve the effect of beautiful decoration. Today I share the advantages of PVC edge banding in furniture edge banding. One: PVC furniture edge banding is relatively light, which is relative to metal and organic glass. The reason for lightness is not because it is a polymer compound, but because they are organic compounds, that is, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen. And other lighter elements. Two: The material of PVC furniture edge banding is plastic, which is eas...

PVC wood grain edge banding Cured after printing with ink on a PVC substrate and roll coating with UV paint. Woodgrain edge b ands must show good simulation results in the quality of the ink. Using high-quality ink to print the edge band, the simulation effect of the edge band i s close to that of the board, the printing layer is rich, and the indoo r discoloration is not obvious within three years. At present, the edge bands with rich layering are mainly three-color printing, followed by two-color printing and one-co lor printing. Detection method:  Put the edge bands printed with different inks under strong sunlight for a week, and then compare with the sunlight before irradiation, you can see that the faded degr ees of the two edge bands are different. The abrasion resistance and transparen cy of wood grain edge strips are related to the quality of UV paint. If the surfa ce of the edge band is easily scratched or blurred, it is due to the use of poor quality UV pain...
